Most teams can run offense. Most teams can guard Most teams can run offense.

Most teams can guard in the half court.

Very few can switch from one to the other without breaking.

That’s why we use the O-D-O Drill.

Offense ➝ Defense ➝ Offense
No reset. No walking. No hiding.

You score? Convert.
You turn it over? Sprint back.
You get a stop? Attack before they’re set.

This drill forces:
• Communication
• Conditioning
• Competitive reps
• Game-speed decision making

If your team struggles in transition, this will expose it fast.

Save it for practice.

No lines.
