We build middle school and high school teams focused on development, structure, and competitive weekend play. How does it work?
By filling out the form below, you will be added to our invitation list and will be emailed and/or you will receive a call/text with the location details. This process helps us staff, make adjustments, and keep our practices safe.
Local Competitive Program (Development + Team Play)
This is our local track for athletes who want consistent reps, coaching, and competitive play close to home. Practices are typically 1–2x per week depending on coaches and gym availability. Teams compete in local leagues and tournaments to build skill, IQ, and confidence.
Who Can Attend
Tryouts are open to:
- Middle School Boys: 6th–8th
- High School Boys: 9th–12th
- Girls: 7th–12th
How Local Tryouts Work

- Attend a skills session + live play evaluation
- Selected athletes are notified with team placement + next steps

1. How much does it cost to try out?
Tryout fees vary by season based on gym costs. You’ll see the fee (if any) when you receive the official tryout invite/details.
2. Where and when are tryouts?
Tryouts are held in Tracy / Mountain House and nearby gyms. Dates are announced multiple times per year. For gym privacy and scheduling, we share the exact location after registration.
3. What happens after tryouts?
Selected athletes receive an email with team placement, practice schedule, and season details.
4. Can parents watch?
Yes—parents may observe from the designated viewing area (gym rules permitting).
5. Are all your tryouts in Mountain House, CA?
No. While we’re based in the Tracy / Mountain House area, tryout locations can vary depending on gym availability and where we’re building teams. In the past we’ve hosted tryouts in Tracy, Mountain House, Manteca, Lathrop, Stockton, Modesto, Patterson, Elk Grove, Lodi, Livermore, and the greater Sacramento/Bay Area.
6. Do I need to be from Tracy or Mountain House?
No. We don’t restrict participation to a single city. We welcome athletes from across Northern California because strong competition makes everyone better. If you can commit to practices and the season schedule for your team, you’re welcome to try out.
7. What cities do most families come from?
Most of our local teams draw from Tracy, Mountain House, Lathrop, Manteca, Stockton, and nearby areas, with some families traveling in based on fit and schedule.
